In tdm it is on. On ctf probably to, but autoteams works only when a new round start.

My advice, when you are playing with 5 vs 10. Try to make it 0 vs 15. People will switch teams eventually.

But seriously, I see this as a task of the players themselves. Autoteambalance works very shitty. It puts the weakest player in the other team which is in most cases also the weakest team.

No its ok in CTF, teams dont start off even but as match progresses they do. Had you stayed for the match in l7n today the teams were even within 2 minutes of you leaving.
And if all else fails, kick ass so hard that the opposition will want to join you

on spielwiese works autoteams and the teams and balance of good and bad players is also quite good

if there is a tool that switches random players to the other team till the teams are balanced, we should use it
