Community funded CTF server

For technical reasons, we are migrating the server CTF is hosted on. Unfortunately we cannot migrate its IP address along with it, thus inevitably the server will disappear from people's favorite list which will most likely accelerate its decreasing popularity.

Instead of forcing the migration upon the community, we think it is more fair to let the community decide the fate of CTF. Either we migrate it and accept the consequences, or it can become a community funded server. If we go with the latter, CTF can stay where it is and will remain in people's favorite list.

dunno if it would change anything, but wayne whats happening, in both cases we should play a few days in a row there, to make it good visited, so we get more players really active (cause a few only play ctf) and maybe any other old guys will come back or play more when they see, we have again more players or an active ctf server...

my ping is my only problem, I can't play with 350~400 ms ping
