No more OICW in Ambush (TDM)

As suggested by Sp33dcore, the OICW in Ambush has been disabled. (It's still laying on top of the crate, it just can't be picked up anymore).

Many players aren't very happy with the OICW in this map, so we thought this would be the right thing to do. :)
