had that to a couple of times but only in spectaker mode

 

closed TO and restarted then whas normal again.

Happened to me aswell :/

did not get off it
had to re-install
greyz and zee u use win7?
so should at to occur most problems and i use win7 but it was my forst problem since 1 year (buyed new pc and install to - doesnt work)
run is at admin and in compatibility mode for winxp (if someone has problems after installation)

Got win 7 as well, Had not problems when i had win xp a few years back, But you have to stay a bit updated
