Regarding the apaters, we hopefully be quite a few from abroad, therefore i doubt they will be able to provide them to all of us. Also, since this will be a event where most people see "the others"(lol) for the first time, I think everybody should have/get nameplates with TO-Name written on it. That would be hilarious . Also, why don't you guys just post more information and stuff (like bully told me the location is some kind of school, shared rooms, etc...) just here in this thread?
