what maps you like to see at the capture the flag server

I don't know. What would be possible?

 

- fewer HP

- make them walk slower

- put a beacon on them

- disable some weapons (no msg in swimmingpool would make it a bit harder for terr to own.)

 

Otherwise I would say remove the unfair maps.

I think that maps aren't unfair for teams, it depends on players on each team...

And these disanvantages would be awful ! :dont:

I'm talking specifically about maps where this isn't the case.

 

I really dislike it when people choose them and then all go in the easy team for some free kills.

yes, took a while ;)

i already had a look at most of them and have to say that the guys did a pretty good job (imho)

i'd appreciate to find some of them on your server. there are also good sniper-maps as well as some maps for "close combat".

New maps on server, that would be great, but it's half the battle. Somehow you have to convince people to select them. The only unusual map I was playing last time was Transmoney.

Maybe it would be to categorically but you could remove usual, often playing maps for a couple of days to learn people to play other, new maps. You won't lose your players, because you are the last server and every CTF player is addicted to you.

Yes very accurate.

 

Just kidding.

Every map (maybe except project eagle and cia-building because of their size/layout) can be played without having a hide and seek game. The rest is up to you and depends on your taste. ;)

Maybe the wrong forum to discuss that, but:

 

I see no problem for normal TO since all of our maps have an objective.

So hiding does not bring an advantage.

The whole concept of TO/CS is based on this.

 

The same applies to CTF.

It means capture the flag so hiding does not make sense (but: it is also nice to hide when both flags are taken ^^)

 

If you just want to kill etc why don't you play DM or similar gametypes? ;)
