High ping

My ping on your server always was 30-40, now it's 110-130. People from the middle of nowhere or cheaters love to play this laggy style, but I don't.

I checked my wifi settings, channel, signal strength etc., everything's fine.

On other servers my ping is ok, too. (30-50).

So what's wrong? Can u fix that?

Hey there,

I've run a few network checks which indeed showed high latency to one of the peers within the route between your ISP and our server.
However, a new test done a few minutes ago shows normal results, so I'd like to ask you to check the quality of the connection again.

Please let me know about the results, I will investigate further and take action if it's still not back to normal.

I think I have the same problem again. Some days the ping is 30-40, on other days 100-150. I think my network configuration/connection is ok. Ping on other servers is ok, too. So could you check this again plz? thanks.

Our servers and network are operating normally.

There can be many different causes for these kind of problems, but our side is ruled out.
If the problem recurs, let us know and we'll see if we can find anything out of the ordinary on the route to your location. You may also want to check with your ISP.
