Banned for 100 days

Hello, I played yesterday on your server- Deathmatch.
I played 2 rounds and suddenly some noob with stats 0/10 writed: "He have radar!"
Not passed 10 seconds and BOOM "You are banned for 100 days"

Could someone can unban me? I play on your server everyday and i haven't never use cheats in this game since 5-6 years.
