As described, you are banned for cheating, not 'whining'.

For the rest of your story, you must be confusing yourself with somebody else, because I have no clue what you are talking about.

Furthermore, it is not always necessary to spectate a player to determine whether cheats are being used or not, sometimes it's just more than obvious. As was the case with you.
