Both are the biggest buggers, i just recommend 2-3 day ban and see if they will learn from it

Cheating is using something to gain unfair advantage over your opponent. A bug is to do with an error with the coding thats not readily availible to all users. Therefore since everyone cant use it or know how to use it its an unfair advantage over your opponenet. So by definition they are all cheats :)

I bug sometimes, to see who bugs. Othewrwise, I have to spec. So, is this cheating or not? I take advantage of "an error with the coding thats not readily availible to all users". Still, I use it not to "gain unfair advantage over opponents", but to be aware.

bug using is cheating, it is a unwanted error in the game that has been created by series of fixes and or overseen by the creators. Usage of this is taking advantage that others do not know, and seen as cheating, so it became forbidden
