Hi, yh I'd like to know what software is used to record sessions in-game so i could record a few people playing. A link to the software would be much appreciated

You don't need any software. When you are playing, write in console "demorec (name)" to record and "stopdemo" to stop recording. Name cannot be longer than probably 5 characters. If you want to watch the demo, write "demoplay (name)". Demo is better when you are recording from the behind view. To spectate player from the behind view choose in options->preferences->game Play as spectator.
