Most of the servers are down

Hi Guys, im new here so i dont know how this works.. I've got a problem with TO, most of the servers are down.. How is this possible? I only see 9999 (like Mangoon and shits..).. And the servers that are online you'll need a password...

Can anyone help me? xD

We are running version 3.4 of TO, so if you'd like to play on our servers (which are not password protected), you must install 3.4 instead.

you have version 3.5 before you install 3.5, install 3.4 and its work...
and this forum is from a server of 3.4...
