.rar files can be uploaded again.

Help me with this, my recorded files remain as .dem and not .rar do i actually have to change to that format as its only one file, as opposed to a number of files

Yes, zip is an option too, of course.

It's very easy to do. If you have selected the shell extensions during the winrar setup, then all you have to do is right click the .dem file, and click 'Add to "filename.rar"'. Takes about a second. ;)
