Removal of an Forum user

I wish to vote out a user of this forum.

I'v been reading this forum for a couple a days now and I have to say the biggest spammer and non helpfull person is annoying me.

Why i am asking this.
mine opinion is the following. ( does not mean everyone has to agree with it)

I see post where comments are out of line.
I see post where comments where there is no help.
Also I noticed certain commands that i (peronally) dont like and also the language and the tone where it is said with.
Asking multiple times for something that would be denied on reading directly.

The gameplay this person has is not never been trusted and cant be trusted on.( and i still dont trusted )
I really have doubt if this person is living his life like this or is just being obscene about everything untill the person get older and understand we are keeping TAcops alive that people like,love,adore,accepted in their lives or never want to leave cause it something they wont to hold on to.
