Unable To Join Server

Hello dear admins

this past few days i have encountered some difficult to join your server and dont know what is the reason
For more info :
Your ping's server is about 9999
I am not banned
I dont touch anything about router or firewall or antivirus
I typed the adress manually but nothing happened
